CRE 101: Intro to Commercial Real Estate is our kickoff educational event for the semester and a great starting point for anyone curious about the industry. We’ll walk through the basics—what commercial real estate is, the major property types, and other factors that affect the industry. You’ll also get to meet the GRES board, learn more about what we do, and see what events and opportunities are coming up. Whether you’re brand new to real estate or already have some experience, this session will help you get up to speed. No prep needed—just bring your curiosity.
