Founder & CEO
Nora Gardner - New York
Nora began her career in Investment Banking in New York City, where her first promotion sparked a personal challenge: finding a wardrobe that reflected power, professionalism, and success without being overpriced, outdated, or impractical. Frustrated by the lack of options, she began designing her own custom pieces. When colleagues repeatedly asked where they could buy her clothes, Nora recognized the demand and decided to launch her own label.
Driven by a passion to empower women in the workplace, she left banking to build a brand dedicated to taking the stress out of getting dressed for work and replacing it with confidence. Today, Nora Gardner New York has grown into a collection that not only helps women succeed but also expands into uniform solutions for both men and women across industries.
Sustainability remains central to the brand’s mission. Nora has led the company in near-shoring production, creating long-lasting garments, and incorporating recycled materials to reduce fashion’s carbon footprint—all while staying true to her vision of designing timeless, empowering workwear.
