2026-2027 MBA Lockers (Pay $30 refundable deposit)

All MBA (FT, PT, FX, O, & FXO) students may request an optional locker in the Rafik B. Hariri Building (1st floor near the MSB Tech Center and on the 2nd and 3rd floors). Lockers will be assigned, not selected by students. 

A $30 refundable deposit, payable through MSB CampusGroups, secures your locker assignment for the academic year. You must use your Georgetown email address only when submitting your request and payment. Requests made using a personal email may delay or prevent your refund from being processed.

Students are responsible for providing their own combination padlock (key locks are discouraged). Locker assignments will be updated 3-5 days after the request, and you must bring your own padlock. We will not send individual locker assignment emails; you must check the student version locker assignment sheet to find your assigned locker. 

To receive your $30 deposit refund, students must complete the locker return process during Spring Mod 4, which includes:

• Emptying and cleaning the assigned locker
• Removing your padlock
• Completing the Locker Return & Refund Request Form (to be shared with locker holders in Spring Mod 4)
• Uploading photos showing the locker is empty and in good condition
