Lucky Dog Animal Rescue Adoption Event

Join us in helping rescue dogs and cats find their next home at the adoption event hosted by Luck Dog Animal Rescue!

Lucky Dog Animal Rescue is a volunteer powered, foster-based, non-profit animal rescue. If you have a passion for animals, please consider volunteering.

Tasks: Volunteers will help handle the pets while they meet perspective adopters. You will receive an info history page on your dog, and will respond to inquiries and showcase your dog to the adopters. Handlers will be assigned a dog at the beginning and will stay with that dog until adopted or the end of the event.

Wear your Georgetown gear and rep MSB! We will gather as a group prior to starting to organize for the day. Look for Stu to meet up.

You will most likely spend the majority of your time outside in and around the PetSmart store entrance and parking lot. Advised to bring sunscreen, hats, water source, comfortable clothing, etc. Camp chairs are an option. There will be restrooms available in the store.

NOTE: Volunteers are expected to attend the entirety of the event. Volunteers will receive handling training prior to the start of the event. Volunteers are responsible for their own transportation.
