Gifts for the Season

In celebration of Thanksgiving and the Month of Volunteerism, eight clubs have come together to organize the inaugural Gifts for the Season drive to collect donated items that will be given to the needy in the DMV area. The MBA Volunteers will be collecting:

• Canned food to be donated to Capital Area Food Bank, co-hosted by the Asian Business Student Alliance (ABSA) and Georgetown Korea Association (GKA)
• Professional clothing to be donated to A Wider Circle, co-hosted by the Business and Government Alliance (BGA) and HoyAlytics
• Socks/gloves/hats (warm clothing) to be donated to The DC Center for the LGBT Community, co-hosted by the Black MBA Association (BMBAA) and Out@MSB
• Toys to be donated to Toys for Tots, co-hosted by the Graduate Marketing Association (GMA)

Donation boxes will be placed in the foyer between Connelly Commons and the MBA Program Office. Your gifts will go a long way to make a difference in the lives of the less fortunate in the communities around us!
