Upcoming Events

For those of you who are new to the club or to Georgetown, all events for the club will be posted on the HoyaConnect platform. We will also post info about upcoming events in the monthly newsletter and in the WhatsApp group. If you are planning to attend an event, we ask that you RSVP on HoyaConnect so we can get an idea of attendance.

Stay tuned for updates regarding our events for the semester as the board finalizes venues. We had a huge interest in the club this year so are making some adjustments to accomodate. We will make announcements as soon as they are confirmed. Thanks for your patience!

In the meantime, see below for some non-GWS events in the city to satisfy your wine cravings ASAP!

Wine in the District

There are many non-GWS wine events happening around DC this month. Grab a friend and check them out! Note: Most of these events have a cost associated with them and require a ticket – links provided.

GWS Recommends

Washington, DC has a vibrant wine scene and I know many of us are still exploring everything our community has to offer. Many of you have asked about the best places in DC to drink and buy wine so we have created a list of places worth checking out. There is also a convenient GoogleMaps link with these locations plotted on a map so you can check them out as you explore DC. If your favorite wine shop, bar, or winery is not listed, please let us know and we will add to the list!
